Offbeat and retro, two words that aptly characterize Colette's Burgers, a brand created in 2019 by 3 friends, François Dallemagne, Christopher Petit and Thibaud Bouillon, who offer carefully-crafted recipes prepared exclusively with fresh, 100% French produce. They have just launched their franchise, and share their challenges in structuring supplies for a network of 5 restaurants that will double in size by 2023.

From 5 to 10 restaurants in one year. Les Burgers de Colette is stepping up the pace and aims to reach 50 restaurants by 2028, with a split of one-third branches and two-thirds franchises.
