Data
All Inpulse customers benefit from daily data backups. Inpulse is equipped with a service continuity plan and automatic data restoration, even in the event of a major incident.
The RPO (recovery point objective) is 24 hours, the RTO (maximum acceptable downtime) 48 hours, and data backups are kept for 6 months.
In line with RGPD requirements, Inpulse will notify its customers in the event of an incident impacting user security or data confidentiality.

The management of user roles, rights and access to data flows is highly granular and easily parameterized in Inpulse.
SSO (Single Sign On) allows the IT department to keep control of user rights management.

The administration functions are designed to be able to handle several stores at once, and to perform mass parameterization to save time for head office personas.
The Inpulse platform can be deployed in any country in the world, thanks to the rapid parameterization of time zones, currencies, taxes (VAT) and languages for each Inpulse client platform. Time zone settings can be made at each point of sale.
Sandbox
Inpulse provides several channels to ensure rapid access to support, whatever the user's needs. Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm by email and support chat to handle your requests.
