Bangcook starts from a discussion between 3 friends. The first one inherited an invaluable family know-how of traditional Thai and Asian recipes, while his two companions have a solid experience in the restaurant business. Convinced that gastronomy and fast food can be reconciled, the three friends were guided from the start by the desire to offer quality products, prepared at the request of customers by real Thai chefs. From there, the project was born: to respect the flavors of traditional cuisine, and to introduce the virtues of street food. It will be Bangcook Fast-Good Thai.
