In 2006, Adrien joined Sushi Shop, becoming co-founder and taking the reins of franchise development. Under his leadership, the group opens 20 to 25 stores every year. At the end of 2018, the adventure reached its climax: AmRest bought the French flagship of Japanese cuisine for 240 million euros. In 2019, drawing on his experience in delivery, Adrien initiates his new project with Gwénaël Robert: OFC (ex-Smart Kitchen), an innovative digital food court model.
In 2006, Clément founded Resto-in, the leader in home delivery. The company pursues an external growth strategy, acquires Citycake and is acquired by Le Groupe La Poste in 2015. At the end of 2015, Clément continued in the delivery business and founded Stuart with Benjamin Chemla. The start-up experienced a meteoric growth and was acquired by the Post Office in 2017. Today, Clément and Alexandre Haggai are leading the Not So Dark adventure, which is experiencing exceptional growth thanks to the boom in delivery services in France.
